I’m Marc Pastre, a passionate technology expert with 25 years of experience, both in Industry and Research. As an enthusiastic CTO, I lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to cutting-edge innovation and top-notch performance.
I am at the same time a high-level technology strategist, and a hands-on expert architect and engineer in Artificial Intelligence, software engineering and electronics.

I started my technology and innovation journey as a researcher and lecturer at EPFL, in software engineering and microelectronics.
I then served as a CTO in different environments (corporate groups, SMB, startup) and industries (medical, aerospace, consumer software / hardware, industrial, food). Leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers in software, electronics and mechanical engineering is where I excel.
I have 10 years of experience in developing AI solutions for vision, audio and signal processing, business intelligence and multimodal GPTs. I encapsulated AI systems in the cloud (SaaS), servers & PCs, and IoTs (microcontroller, FPGA).
Today, I am developing hands-on, leading and coaching developers for AI, full stack (front end and back end), cloud, mobile applications, in most modern programming languages.
